  • The Company does not provide employment or recruitment services.
  • The Company does not guarantee job placement, interviews, or employment outcomes.
  • Employment decisions are solely at the discretion of employers and immigration authorities.

Any representation of guaranteed employment is strictly prohibited and not authorized by the Company.

5. Visa Approval Disclaimer

Visa approval is subject to:

  • The discretion of immigration authorities
  • Accuracy of submitted documents
  • Government regulations of the destination country

Eizy Travel shall not be responsible for visa rejection, delays, or changes in immigration policies.

6. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made to official company accounts only.
  • A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full or agreed advance payment.

  • Taxes and third-party charges are applicable as per prevailing rates.

7. Refund Policy

Service charges and documentation fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

8. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Ensure passport validity as per destination requirements
  • Comply with immigration laws and visa conditions
  • Verify travel dates and booking details before confirmation

The Company shall not be liable for penalties, fines, deportation, or losses resulting from client non-compliance with immigration laws.

9. RCS, SMS & Digital Communication Policy

By submitting your contact details through our website, advertisements, landing pages, social media platforms, or directly to our representatives, you expressly consent to receive:
